Created initialy as a brand of 4NET for telemetrics products, GPS4NET has evolved rapidly becoming a major actor on the market of geolocation solution in Romania. Together with the other group associated companis, Maps4NET & Suncart , GPS4NET provides AVL and GIS complete solutions and develops all components from hardware, software and digital maps. Since 2004 the group is represented in France trough a branch openend in Montpellier.

The manufactured products of the group are available on the market trough a distribution network that provides geolocation services, implementation, hardware installation and technical support.

Due to the internal human resources and reseach capacity several technological inovations have been accomplised. This results ensured a good image of the brand and a fast growing. Currently GPS4NET is the only East European company who developed an industrial automotive radio communication protocol and develops CAN interfaces, and all this accomplised due to the internal reseach.
